Stress isn’t just about thoughts and emotions, as many people believe. It also lives in the body.
It hides in tense shoulders, sore calves, a clenched jaw, insomnia, digestive issues, or a constant sense of fatigue. Sometimes it shows up as a freeze response — when nothing feels interesting and you have no energy. Other times, it looks like endless activity — when it’s hard to stop.
Prolonged stress affects your breathing, posture, voice, concentration, even immunity and memory.Over time, we get used to this state and stop noticing how much it lowers our quality of life.
What helps?Somatic practice brings you back to the feeling of “being at home in your body.”We gently explore where tension has built up and learn to recognize stress signals at early stages. Through slow, mindful movement, we reduce anxiety, restore balance, and return to clarity and resilience.
Sometimes, after just a few simple movements, your breath deepens, your body softens, and there’s a little more inner calm.
