What matters most:
• In the video, you can see how the hands are placed: one on the center of the chest (where the heart “lives”), the other on top — forming a soft self-embrace.
• Everything is done very slowly: the hands glide almost imperceptibly, gently “drawing” small circles on the skin, 3–5 times clockwise. It’s not about effort, but about presence.
• The main goal is to create an internal sense of grounding, warmth, and emotional safety.
How it works:
A somatic approach brings awareness into the body — helping reduce anxiety, reconnect with your center and breathing.
The intention and breath create a subtle “hug” effect — a message of “it will be okay” sent to yourself.
Who it’s for:
When you have trouble falling asleep
In moments of emotional overwhelm
In situations of powerlessness or inner struggle
I recommend not just watching the video, but doing the movements along with me — it helps you understand the deeper sense of “dropping into the body.”
