Somatic Laboratory: "Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method"

I invite you to join the new somatic laboratory "Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method."
The Feldenkrais Method is a pedagogical approach based on neuromuscular communication between the teacher and the soma (the living, sensing body) of the student. This is achieved through one of two ways:

  • Awareness Through Movement: The teacher gives verbal instructions during a movement lesson.

  • Functional Integration: The teacher gently moves various parts of the student’s body.

Both approaches establish nonverbal communication (using the "language of movement") with the student’s central nervous system through kinesthetic awareness (the sensation of movement).

Program Highlights:

  • Theoretical foundations of the method.

  • Group lessons on Awareness Through Movement.

  • Elements of Functional Integration.

Start Date: March 26
Cost:

  • 9,000 RUB for a 9-session course (subscription).

  • 1,200 RUB per individual session.

You’re welcome to attend both sessions consecutively.

Instructor: Ekaterina Zilbershtein, Ph.D. in Psychology, certified T. Hanna Somatics educator, and student of the professional Feldenkrais Method program.
