I invite you to weekly online classes in Russian with a cozy group of 6-10 participants, where you will be able to reduce stress, improve posture, restore energy, and develop a deeper awareness of your body.
When: Tuesdays from 19:00 to 20:00 (Israel time)Start date: Late March 2025Where: Online via Zoom — practice wherever you feel comfortable.
What to Expect in the Classes:
Each session focuses on a specific topic, combining theory and practical exercises that you can easily integrate into your daily life.

✔️ Posture: Gentle movements to relieve tension in the back, neck, and shoulders.
✔️ Facial muscles: Relax facial tension to ease fatigue and improve overall well-being.
✔️ Soft movements: Enhance flexibility, mobility, and reduce chronic pain.
✔️ Self-regulation: Practices to recover quickly from stress and improve sleep quality.

✔️ Relaxation of the neck and shoulders
