Spring is a time of renewal! 🌸 And that means it's the perfect moment to release facial tension and bring more softness, expressiveness, and natural movement to your face.
Why focus on the face?
Our face is our emotional signature in the world. It expresses feelings, reacts to stress, and accumulates tension. We often don’t notice how much tension we hold—until we see an unexpected photo and think, "Do I really look like that?"
In this webinar, we will:
✨ Tune into our face and explore how we feel it from the inside.✨ Work with the muscles of the face, eyes, forehead, cheeks, mouth, and jaw.✨ Explore the connection between emotions and muscle tone.✨ Integrate movements for the neck, shoulders, and whole body.
Many of our facial muscles work unconsciously, while others remain underused. Through gentle, mindful movement, we can restore softness, natural expressiveness, and a more authentic way of being.
