In the workshops on emotional anatomy, we explore our emotions and how they live and manifest in bodily sensations.

This time, we will focus on the abdominal area, where the muscles can act as a barrier to experiencing and expressing the emotion of joy.

What the Workshop Includes:

• Somatic lessons to release the abdominal area from sensorimotor amnesia (disruption of the brain-muscle connection).

• Creative exercises to explore the emotional content of tension in the abdomen.

• A lecture on the emotion of joy in the context of emotional anatomy.
