"Relaxing the Neck and Shoulders"

 

A course of somatic exercises for those suffering from pain, tension, and restricted mobility in the neck and shoulder area.

This 6-lesson online course is designed to enhance awareness of the connections between the head, neck, shoulders, and the rest of the body. By building these connections, the strain on the neck during head movements is reduced, helping to relax the muscles and relieve much of the chronic tension.
